Breathwork master, Tim van der Vliet is visiting us in Bergen from Amsterdam to teach breathwork sessions! Tim’s extensive training with several teachers and daily practice of 15+ years has led him to the creation of his own techniques that specialize inefficiency.

Simplified Tummo is derived from the ancient Tibetan Tummo Tantra meditation and breathing technique. STummo is a simplified version of the real Tummo and consists of 10 levels. Ultimately coming close to the ancient Tummo technique.
Tim has impacted over a million people with his breathwork, traveling the world and sharing his discoveries. You will connect with like minded people and leave this experience with the very 10-minute routine Tim uses every morning to heal, release trauma and access an ultimate state of peace.

Bio Tim van der Vliet

Tim van der Vliet is from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He is the founder of TT Breathwork, a breathwork and cold exposure specialist, Youtuber, author and a father of 5 children.
Tim’s extensive training with Wim Hof and daily practice of 15+ years has led him to the creation of his own techniques that specialize in natural DMT production.
Tim completed the Wim Hof Method Academy in 2016 and retired as a WHM instructor in 2023. He is now travelling the world teaching his own techniques and all the other techniques he has picked up and practised extensively.
